About INNOCHEMBIO

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) COFUND programme INNOCHEMBIO was funded by the European Commission in 2025. INNOCHEMBIO funding will co-finance 15 PhD positions, for which the application process in the first call will start on the 1st of July in 2025. The main objective of INNOCHEMBIO is to train future experts to help Europe take the next steps in the green transition. Out of the 12 PhD candidates employed by TalTech, 11 will be working at the Department of Chemistry and Biotechnology (DCB). In addition to DCB, one position will be hosted at the Department of Cybernetics in an interdisciplinary laboratory working on cardiac physiology using integrated approaches from biology, chemistry, physics, and applied mathematics. INNOCHEMBIO has 1 implementing partner - National Institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics (NICPB). Three of the INNOCHEMBIO PhD candidates will be employed by NICPB. INNOCHEMBIO has 19 associate partners from 11 European countries, involving both academia and industry. Funded by the European Union.
