En 2018, on estime qu’une 2e planète serait nécessaire pour subvenir aux besoins de 7 milliards d’habitants.
En 2050, on estime que notre planète aura 2 milliards de bouches supplémentaires à nourrir. Je n’ose même pas imaginer le nombre de planète en plus qu’il nous faudra à ce stade-là.
Un peu la panique on ne va pas se mentir !!
Début mars 2019, nous avons décidé de nous retrousser les manches et de partir pendant 6 mois aux quatre coins du globe rencontrer ceux qui repensent les modèles d’alimentation conventionnels.
De l’Asie à la France, nous allons donner la parole aux entrepreneurs, cuisiniers, associations, agriculteurs etc. qui innovent !
Notre projet est baptisé Innov’Eat.
Il paraît qu’on a encore 20 ans pour sauver la donne !
