CONDITION AUDITS – FIXED ASSETS Condition Audits are undertaken of all elements of the building fabric and utilities. These audits are inclusive of detailed asset walk-downs and accurate analysis of age vs. cost of repair or replacement as well as backlog maintenance. The Asset Master File Record is structured to suit individual needs. Repair or replacement costs are prioritized and scheduled for action over an agreed time frame.
