Lilian Krasnowski and her team has delivered a range of diverse projects: -Residential : Renovations, Dual Occupancies, Multi unit residential buildings; -Schools (additional building, new schools and masterplanning); -Childcare buildings; -Hospitality (new restaurants and hotels). Our design takes in consideration its locality and site terrain to minimise construction cost and be articulated to its surroundings and existing premises. InnovateDesign works with the client, consultants and builders to achieve a perfect program that suits all needs and plan stages if required to keep the functionality and the project’s ongoing operation. An accurate design and documentation is also implemented to projects to reduce the RFIs from site and mistakes during construction. InnovateDesign works with ArchiCAD software/ BIM, designing all spaces in 3D which makes easier to visualize and understand the future spaces and contributes for coordination with services (clash detection can be included in the scope). The company can implement many sustainable initiatives to reduce ongoing costs. The materials specified are chosen preferably from local business to minimise travel and reduce carbon emission. When is possible, we reutilize local materials to minimise construction waste and cost.
