Our office is located in Seattle's South Lake Union area. We are conveniently located next to Amazon's Seattle campus, on the corner of Westlake Ave and Thomas St. Our office location is as innovative as our practice - We are located in the Terry Thomas Building a Gold LEED certified building, designed specifically to reduce the impact on our environment, supporting the “green” outlook of the South Lake Union community.
We are a preferred provider (PPO) for Washington Dental Service (WDS), Delta Dental, Regence, and Premera, and we accept and bill most other insurance policies. To assist with expenses not covered by insurance, we also offer financing options through CareCredit®.
