Innovative Development Solutions, Inc. (IDS) takes great pride in the services that we provide to our clients. At IDS, we focus on the many needs of our clients with a "can do" attitude to ease the development and construction process as it is sometimes difficult to navigate. We are centrally based in the Raleigh/Durham region of North Carolina with a satellite office at Wrightsville Beach to provide better service and more convenience to our friends in the Coastal Plain. Our overall objective is to assist our clients with development related tasks and quality control from project initiation, ie. property rezoning, and continue close assistance until the project is complete. We have the ability to continue to provide a variety of services that are required annually as a matter of maintenance, such as NC Division of Water Qualtiy stormwater inspections. While a large part of our clientele is private developers, we also provide services to government entities via annual environmental certifications and code enforcement. We provide project management, field inspection services, and prepare bid documents as necessary to complete the project at hand. With over 35 years experience in our field of expertise, we continue to maintain and sharpen our skills to bring our clients the best that our industry has to offer.
