Innovative Transforming Solutions

Established in 2022, Innovative Transforming Solutions was formed to bring to our workplace two things I am most passionate about. Reducing the carbon footprint by creating projects with the most energy conscious products and services. I have had the privilege of collaborating with the energy pioneers of the tri-state area during the boom of sustainability. I will assist you with project planning, utility incentive investigation & admin, project management, case study documentation and digital marketing. The wellness side of ITS, provides managers and employees with the tools to continue to be successful at their jobs. Unless balanced, we tend to overload our systems to “get the job done”. The stress reduction trainings offered by Innovative Transforming Solutions will allow you to continue to work at a pace that produces but with a system to lean into. Trainings can be scheduled biweekly, monthly or quarterly. I look forward to bringing this modality to the colleagues I have worked along side of for the past 20 years.
