InnSæi Insights Ltd was set up with one focus in mind: "To inspire and educate people and businesses to be successful by eliminating 'limiting belief systems' and by encouraging a 'growth mindset'". After experiencing a mental health crisis in the summer of 2017, I embarked on a life changing journey. After a dark period, I finally stopped running away from the pain of my childhood and instead I turned and I faced it. As a part of my journey I've learned about and used a multitude of tools to calm the once incessant chatter within my mind - the thoughts, fears, the inner critic that consumed me, the limiting beliefs that were never mine in the first place - and now they have quietened to a point that my life is unrecognisable. Now I use my truth, the story of my life, for a purpose, to raise mental health awareness in Liverpool . I am not alone, I'm one in 4 of you experiencing poor mental health, anxiety and depression at any one time. My story helps not only raise awareness, but in sharing the tools we all need to look after ourselves and each other. My name is Danielle Kershaw and I'm a self-defined 'Mental Health Warrior'. I'm fully operational as a Consultant and a Personal Coach, specialising in wellbeing, resilience and mindset agenda's. My clients include Private Business Owners, Secondary Schools, FE Colleges, Department for Work and Pensions and Local Authorities, and I'd welcome the opportunity to help you. InnSæi: Pronounced 'In-sy-ee', InnSæi is an ancient Icelandic word with 3 meanings: “The sea within” - the borderless nature of our inner world, a constantly moving world of vision, feelings and imagination beyond words. “To see within” - to know yourself, and to know yourself well enough to be able to put yourself in other people’s shoes. “To see from the inside out” - to have a strong inner compass to navigate your way in our ever-changing world. After watching the 2016 Documentary of the same name, 'InnSæi: The Power of Intuition', I felt a real connection to the word as a whole. It truly encapsulates the unique service I provide.
