Metal 3D printing is a modern method of producing metal components from a variety of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, tool steel, titanium, chrome-cobalt alloys, magnesium alloys and many others. It enables the production of complex objects that are impossible or expensive to produce with other methods. The versatility of 3D printers allows objects to be manufactured directly from the 3D model, without using specialized tools or forms. One of the great advantages of this technology is the ability to create lightweight openwork structures with high mechanical strength. Currently, the most popular and precise method of metal printing is the selective sintering of metal powders with a laser beam. This technique uses high-quality metal powders to build metal forms layer by layer. Precise arm applies layers of 25 up to 100 micrometres and then selected shape is melted with a laser beam. INNTEC.PL offers advanced, patented solutions for metal 3D printing. In addition to our innovative AYAS-200 printer, we have created user-friendly software, Engineer 3D, for preparing objects for 3D printing.
