iNostix was a people analytics startup founded by Luk Smeyers (www.linkedin.com/in/luksmeyers) in 2008. Luk was the Founding CEO from 2008 till 2016. Luk was joined by Jeroen Delmotte, PhD (www.linkedin.com/in/jeroendelmotte) in 2008 as co-founder.
iNostix was acquired by Deloitte in March 2016 and continued as 'iNostix by Deloitte' until 2018. In June 2018, iNostix by Deloitte got fully integrated in the Deloitte structure and is now continuing under the name 'Deloitte People Analytics'.
