Inova Local provides local business virtual assistants to business small and medium business owners. We focus on helping local business owners grow their business instead of running it, by providing administrative and customer support experience. Inova Local was started because we saw a real need for this type of everyday support. In fact, our founder needed it himself as the owner of Think Maids, a local cleaning company based in Washington, DC.
We regularly work with local business owners (such as cleaning and painting companies) to:
-Book Customers over the phone, website, thumbtack or industry-specific marketing channels.
-Schedule teams, coordinate with them before, during and after the job.
-Handle emails, customer issues, and customer follow-up.
-Daily administrative tasks that come up .
-Customer outreach.
