The core services of InProCoat surface technology include heat treatment, blast derusting, glass bead blasting, corundum blasting, primers, coats of paint, many different coatings pursuant to DIN EN ISO 12944 (e.g. high-solid coatings), linings, hot-spray coatings (PUR) and thermal metal-spray coatings (zinc and aluminium). Additionally, we have the largest automatic flame-spraying system in the world with which we can coat buckle arrestors, tubes and tube bends with a three-layered polyethylene or polypropylene coating (3LPE and 3LPP).
