Inside HR Consulting was founded in 2017 by Robyn with a vision to create HR strategies that help businesses thrive. Robyn believes that you can run a successful business and treat people well and applies this in every engagement. With over 15 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses, Robyn has been able to close gaps that were preventing businesses from scaling successfully. Robyn understands the power of a strong HR program, and can help build and execute on a strategy to fit the unique needs of each organization. Inside HR Consulting has worked directly with over 40 companies across Canada, and has indirectly supported almost 200 clients.
