Inside Out Learners is a dynamic learning center in Chesapeake, VA, dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals through specialized, affirming educational and social programming. Founded by Terrie Livingston, an experienced educator and Certified Autism Specialist, our team includes certified teachers and specialists with expertise in neurodiversity, literacy, and neuro-affirming practices. Our approach honors each individual's unique way of learning and socializing. Our services include academic tutoring, social connection programs, and consultation tailored to the specific needs of neurodivergent learners. We’re passionate about fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where learners can build confidence, develop social understanding, and enhance academic and literacy skills through engaging, research-based activities.
