Life can be tricky, messy and overwhelming. Maybe you want to find some clarity, to talk things through so you can move forward. Perhaps you’re feeling powerless or confused. Whatever your concern, we can provide a helping hand. We're here for you. Our therapists and counsellors are carefully selected by us to provide you with a high-quality service. They all receive regular supervision from our in-house clinical team. After your initial assessment session, you will then have the opportunity to book a session with your preferred therapist. An initial assessment is £20 and thereafter you pay just £36 for ongoing 50-minute therapy sessions, with no commitment. You can stop whenever you wish.
