At InsideDNA we help Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies during pre-clinical and clinical stages. We work with academic and governmental institutions with a particular focus on metagenomics and metatranscriptomic data analysis, specially working on statistical analysis to discern function and composition of target microbiota and its links to external factors. Our team has an in-depth expertise in processing 16S rRNA, amplicon, metagenomics and metatranscriptomics samples. We have extensive experience in functional annotation of metagenomics dataset and worked with various databases such as NCBI, KEGG, Uniprot and many others.
