Founder and Director: Lena Lodzinska is a seasoned coach and trainer with over ten years of international experience. Her purpose is to contribute her part to a happier and healthier world, where everyone belongs. To realize this vision, she has served clients across multiple industries and organizational levels. While based in Barcelona, Lena communicates and operates across borders in four languages: English, Spanish, Polish, and German. DEI is embedded in Lena´s personal DNA. She is a TCK (Third Culture Kid), born in Poland, raised in Germany, and living in Spain. This unique upbringing has helped her cultivate an identity centered on human connections over geographical places, enhancing her empathy and open-mindedness. Lena's areas of expertise include Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Mental Health & Wellbeing. Her passion lies in bringing out the best in people, changing lives and transforming businesses. Clients value her combination of a sharp mind and a warm heart that makes working with her enjoyable, fruitful, and inspirational. In terms of education, Lena holds a degree in Online Journalism and Public Relations and an MBA. Currently immersed in studying Psychology, she seeks to deepen her understanding of human nature. Before pivoting to her current role, Lena gained valuable experience in communications, marketing, and sales, having worked with global corporations like Yahoo!, Deutsche Telekom, and Hill and Knowlton. Driven by her lifelong learning attitude, curiosity and growth mindset, Lena has completed comprehensive academic and job-related training and holds various certifications from relevant schools and universities around the world.
