We are registered with the Ministry of Labour, Government of India, which is presently under Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. Founded in the year 1998 by Ashokan T.R, then the prime objective was to assist skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled candidates procure suitable placement overseas especially in the Middle East region, whereby the company also served establishments by providing the right manpower. In 2002 IEPS entered into a joint venture partnership by registering a trading company 'El-Sofary Insight Group' in Republic Of Yemen, with Rasheed El- Sofary, a prominent Yemeni businessman, as Chairman, and AshokanT.R as Managing Director. With this joint venture, the company had grown as one of the prestigious Service Establishments in the Republic of Yemen and Insight Group has been primarily concentrating in the field of manpower supply particularly for Oil & Gas Construction, Civil Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, Automobile Services, General Engineering etc, and a significant number of candidates have been recruited through us during the last decade.
