Hi, I’m Dorothy, a Behaviour Change Consultant and Chartered Psychologist. I’m here to help organizations and individuals bring meaningful change into their work and lives with a focus on practical, evidence-based strategies. Here is what I offer: Behaviour Change Consultancy: I partner with organizations to design and implement strategies rooted in the latest behavioural science. My goal? Real, measurable impact. Whether you need someone to join monthly strategy calls or help develop a full-scale program, I’m here to support your team in reaching behaviour change goals that last. Psychological Services: I work with individuals and groups, especially those who are neurodivergent or managing long-term conditions. My approach is inclusive, grounded in years of experience, and aims to help people find balance, resilience, and empowerment. Research & Evaluation: If you’re looking for research-driven insights or want an evaluation expert on board, I can help. I provide targeted research and evaluation services that use qualitative and quantitative methods to track what’s working, refine approaches, and guide future directions. Workshops & Training: I also offer hands-on workshops in behaviour change, ADHD awareness, and more, helping teams build skills to better understand and support diverse communities. My Approach: I work best in a consultant role, whether that’s guiding a team with monthly check-ins or providing ongoing support for projects. With several projects I lead outside this work, I’m selective about taking on full-time engagements, but I’m passionate about helping teams achieve their goals through focused, strategic input.
