Insightful Minds is based in Kent and operated globally. A combination of mentoring, coaching and therapy are delivered. The owner is Liz Almond who is the Mindset Shifter. Liz is a multi award winning coach, therapist and business mentor to the Wellbeing Sector. She is trained to a very advanced level in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and The Balance Procedure. She can deliver qualifications in NLP, Reiki and The Balance Procedure. Liz's specialities are working with business startups and empowering their confidence and self worth as well as educating them about the world of business. Liz also works with highly sensitive business owners from other professions too to support them on their spiritual journey. They are often experiencing issues around overthinking, procrastination and perfectionism due to suffering trauma in the past linked to bereavements and abuse. Menopause is also a factor.
