Insight Club provides heuristic-based AI storytelling and PR services. It uses heuristic prompting to extract storytelling content sources and create marketing resources. The consulting service assumes the following process of problem solving. Problems start in the realm of subjectivity, progress through moments of intuition through heuristics, through the time of objectification called algorithms, and then through the sequence of automation. In other words, the start of solving a problem quickly is in the realm of intuition, and this is where fast consulting is needed. More specifics can be provided in a consultation. At Insight Club, we look at insights from three main perspectives. First, we have an academic foundation in behavioural economics based on cognitive psychology. Specifically, we focus on the psychology of prediction and probability judgement as studied by Amos Tversky and Daniel Kahneman. Secondly, we have a practical foundation based on the principles of prompting creation in artificial intelligence technology. We offer our own prompting techniques as workshops and training/consulting programmes. Finally, we have published a book based on the above academic and practical foundations, The Planner's Thinking Cafeteria, which is based on empirical research. The Planner's Thinking Cafeteria was published in May 2021 and was selected as the Kyobo Bunbo Book of the Day and ranked 7th in the field of writing in YES24, beating Kang Kang-guk's ‘I Write as I Speak’ and Yoo Min-sin's ‘Writing Special Lecture’. The book consists of 19 insight keywords such as habit, choice, deficiency, contradiction, distortion, competition, system, opportunity, and change, and the scope of the consultation is also consistent with the keywords.
