* Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): The therapists at Insights Group specialize in helping patients identify the dysfunctional thoughts which are detrimentally impacting their behaviors and emotions. From there, patients learn individualized strategies to help them manage these thoughts and change their lives.
