Insights Group

Our mission at Insights Group is to provide comprehensive psychological services to help individuals attain and maintain mental wellness and optimal functioning. We do this in two ways: * Evaluations: The psychological evaluator at Insights Group can help individuals through psychological testing and assessment in a variety of areas (intellectual, achievement, behavioral, personality, career, neuropsychological); * Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): The therapists at Insights Group specialize in helping patients identify the dysfunctional thoughts which are detrimentally impacting their behaviors and emotions. From there, patients learn individualized strategies to help them manage these thoughts and change their lives.
