Insika Foundation

Founded in 2012, Insika Foundation NPC is a 100% Black-owned and predominantly female-owned non-profit organization with a Level 1 BBBEE rating. It operates in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape. As a registered NPO (Number 183-347), Insika Foundation facilitates connections among business, government, and the community through its key programs, including the Community Work Programme (CWP), internships, training, and Corporate Social Investment (CSI). The Insika Foundation is dedicated to equipping beneficiaries with essential life skills tailored to their unique needs. Recognizing that different individuals have varying requirements, the Foundation aims to provide personalized support to help each beneficiary progress from their current situation to achieving their goals.
