Central Inspectorate Albanian Government through the Inspection Reform aims to create a modern system of inspections. Inspections are an essential condition for the functioning of the rule of law, guaranteeing free competition, aiming at creation of favourable conditions, rather than become a burden for business and arbitrariness. Central Inspectorate will be at the forefront of creating a new approach to the manner of performing the inspections, focusing on prevention and correction, and teamwork of risk based inspections. This institution would help improve transparency, accountability inspection system in place, and in reducing corruption. The essence role of the Central Inspectorate, on the reorganization of inspection bodies is summarized in: - the methodology guidance and inspection program; - the coordination of inspections - monitoring and evaluating the overall performance - training and attestation of the inspectors.
