Inspiration for Success provides a range of growth, digital and people solutions through a creative consulting lens. 1) Growth is demonstrated via our impact on organisations' P/Ls where we have delivered multiple industry firsts, brand and product leadership through consumer insight in a range of markets and start-ups/entrepreneurial ventures. From a strong financial, blue-chip and rational base, we now apply a concept that we term 'creative consulting' to deliver innovation, transformation and exponential growth. 2) Digital and technology has always been a part of our core capability. However, it is our belief and demonstration in not what technology could do, but what it ought to do for all people that has resulted in the digital innovations that we are known for. This is reinforced by our understanding and application of behavioural science in using technology to solve consumer and business problems. Examples of digital and technological innovation are industry firsts in the mobile, internet and insurance industries. 3) Delivering through people has been key in the many projects that we have been involved in or led. Diversity is often spoken about but rarely demonstrated – we have challenged accepted beliefs and sacred cows - strengthened by embracing the differences amongst the individuals in the teams whilst gaining consumer insights from a diverse variety of viewpoints on the ground. Crucially, we are known for creating a climate where difference and challenge are encouraged, celebrated and acted upon – and diverse talent is given the opportunity to succeed. Furthermore, this has been demonstrated in our more recent non-executive work across government and civil society where we have shifted the needle on diversity across a range of underestimated, underrepresented and underserved populations by focusing on the needs of business/organisations and improved processes.
