Eske has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, excelling as an athlete and coach in boxing, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit. Eske holds a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science and Post-Graduate Certificate in Sport Nutrition. She is a former Sport Nutritionist for elite teams like the WRU, Chiefs rugby, and NZ Rowing.
Eske operated a successful Sport Nutrition clinic in Hamilton before establishing and leading a gym and PT studio in the Netherlands and publishing her first book 'Coach Education'.
Now back in the Waikato, Eske is a Level 3 NZSCA Practitioner, coach, Strength & Conditioning trainer, wellness consultant, and public speaker. Passionate about inspiring healthier lives, she is dedicated to helping others achieve lasting health and happiness at every stage of life.
