Inspire Consult are a specialist provider of Business Improvement solutions. Our principle consultants have been helping to lead and deliver construction, manufacturing and service industry excellence since 2003. Our Leadership team gained their knowledge working for Lean organisations (Typically Toyota). We were operational leaders who moved into consultancy after ten years of working in these Lean organisations. Our knowledge is deep and well rounded. Although diverse in nature our clients often ask us to help them with the same issues they are struggling with. - Detailing their current situation with up to date data - Establishing new processes to rectify whats failing - Training the supervision and management in how to sustain the new methods. The scale of this work has varied from six weeks to three years depending on the size of the issue and the returns we can produce. Typically we are engaged on 4-8 month contracts. We are capable of undertaking a small kaizen event right through to a full roll out of a Lean programme and have experience in doing so having lead some of the largest rollouts in Rail and Automotive.
