Established in 2013, Inspire was created with a singular mission: to conduct secure, top-notch structure examinations in the railway sector and simultaneously create pathways for individuals within the industry. Our goal is to kindle the same enthusiasm in others that we have for the remarkable rail network crafted by engineers preceding us. The founders, Jo and Wayne, bring with them decades of invaluable railway expertise. Throughout their careers, they were nurtured by fellow engineers who generously shared their wisdom—a tradition Inspire is committed to continuing. We aim to guide others on a similar journey of growth. Our achievements thus far include delivering exceptional training to all and pioneering innovative equipment that enhances the safety of structure examinations. Simultaneously, we provide asset owners with superior quality information. Yet, our aspirations go beyond these accomplishments. We are resolute in championing safety, quality, and the well-being of our teams. Central to this commitment is our expansion into new domains, where we can share our ground-breaking ideas and provide more opportunities for our team members.
