Inspire Access is a consulting, training and marketing firm serving primarily SMEs and family-owned companies. Our Souq Access consulting division helps companies grow through cross-border expansion, partnership and business formation, fundraising and business development, including through market research, business feasibility study, strategy and business planning, financial modelling, capital raising, M&A deal advisory, due-diligence, and marketing and sales campaigns. Our firm was founded by two former investment directors with a Saudi family office in Riyadh, with a combined 40 years experience in investment management and ~20 years in Saudi Arabia. Key Projects: • Advised a Silicon Valley-based American venture capital company on raising USD100mn investments for their first-time deep-tech fund in the KSA • Advised an innovative American pharmaceutical company on raising growth capital for the establishment of a manufacturing plant in the GCC • Advised a leading British screen company on fundraising for their international expansion • Advised an established British refrigeration services company on its expansion to the GCC, including a JV formation in the KSA • Advised a regulated Emirati financial institution towards successfully receiving board approval for launching three new business lines, valued at USD500m • Advised an Emirati financial services start-up company on the feasibility of launching new products in the UAE and the KSA • Advised a French security and anti-fraud technology company on business development in the KSA • Advised a German steel company on business development in the KSA • Advised an established Saudi family-owned holding company on fundraising, including for their F&B company's expansion in the KSA and the UK • Advised a renowned Spanish film production company and Oscar-award winning film makers on raising USD25mn in film financing • Advising a Sudanese pharmaceutical company on the establishment of a manufacturing plant in the KSA
