Inspire

We are a learning and practice partner for building catalyst infrastructure – the kind designed to spark and nurture community-led systems change. We work with founders, support professionals and field-building funders who want to build organizations that mobilize local resources, leadership and problem-solving. The impact we aim for is multiplying communities' capacities for driving the change they want, and broadening collective imagination for the kind of change that is possible. In our experience, an example of catalyst infrastructure are new community foundations. Community foundations can encode in their DNA specific intentions and abilities to cultivate local philanthropy as a strategic lever of change – building community and an ambitious collective vision in the process.
