With over 20 years’ experience in education—including 15 years leading on SEND and inclusion across multi-academy trusts—we bring deep, hands-on expertise from Early Years to Post-16. We understand the system: how it works, where it fails, and, most importantly, how to navigate it effectively. Inspired Inclusion was founded out of frustration with the inequality, complexity, and gatekeeping that too often characterise the SEND landscape. Too many families feel overwhelmed. Too many professionals feel unsupported. We exist to change that. Our work is all about cutting through the noise and offering clear, compassionate, and practical support—whether that’s guiding parents through EHCP processes, preparing for tribunals, attending key meetings, or carrying out in-depth learning assessments to build a full, holistic picture of a child’s needs. We also work in close partnership with schools, virtual schools, foster carers, and multi-agency teams—providing expert advice, bespoke assessments, targeted training, and inclusive strategies that support all learners, especially those in care or from under-resourced backgrounds. Everything we do is rooted in honesty, integrity, and a belief in guiding growth and transforming futures, through inclusive, child-centred approaches that make a real, lasting difference.
