The Inspirer mission is to empower individuals and companies to excel at ideation, innovation, and inspiration. We achieve this through developing robust tools, providing top-notch training, hosting inspirational events, and personally advising both individuals and companies. Our entire approach is underpinned by a distinct philosophy: At Inspirer, we believe that inspiration leads to an idea, which becomes an innovation that hopefully inspires, and the process repeats. Our definition of innovation is “the human response to evolution.” Great innovations begin with beautiful ideas that come to their creator in the form of inspiration. We experience an “aha” moment of inspiration that manifests out of the ether and then an idea that did not exist the second before suddenly does. We believe you need to be open to being inspired, and you must seek inspiration out every day. You can find inspiration in the evolutions that are happening around us. As the world around us evolves, it sends out pulses of inspiration. We teach people that the secret to success is to pay attention to and seek out inspiration. All great ideators throughout history were highly attuned to inspiration. We further teach that on the back end of innovation, you must purposely share your innovations in a way that inspires others. By doing this, you close the inspiration to ideation to innovation to inspiration loop. The root of inspire means “to breathe life into.” I love this meaning and it is why I picked “Inspirer” as the name of this business. Our goal at Inspirer is to “breathe life into” you, your ideas and your company’s innovations.”
