- Our story - What started as a father-son bonding hobby in 2012, Keith and Michael’s passion for bitters has grown and transformed into what is now the family business. Backed by Keith’s decades of production experience and managed by entrepreneurial-minded Michael, Inspirited aims to spark a passion for bitters in everyone. - Our products - Convict Aromatic Bitters: Based on an old convict’s recipe, Convict is the only Australian aromatic bitters to be hand-crafted using native Australian botanicals. From the nuttiness of Roasted Wattleseed and citrus notes of Lemon Myrtle to the spice and fruitiness of Tasmanian Pepperberry, Convict provides an intricate product that brings a bright spice to the classic Lemon Lime and Bitters and gives your favourite spirit-based cocktails added depth and complexity. Hellfire Chilli Bitters: The latest addition to the Inspirited range, Hellfire was borne out of bartenders' scarcity of quality chilli bitters for the ever so popular spicy margaritas. Like its name, Hellfire is hot and smoky. Australian Broome Chillies are used for its intense heat and unique flavour, and smoked habaneros for its heat and lingering smoky aroma.
