InstaMarkt is democratizing the digital transformation for small businesses by making it easy and affordable to connect with local customers in one community app. We are also providing an improved customer experience, with more options and greater convenience by enabling better visibility of local business services and products, coupled with on-demand delivery and payment convenience. InstaMarkt facilitates this “connection” in a hyper-local and location specific way. InstaMarkt enables customers to quickly find, order, pay, engage and review local attractions. InstaMarkt is a cloud-based SAAS platform that facilitates interaction between multiple stakeholders (or vendors) in a local area. This results in improving vendor visibility and traction in their respective “micro-community”. InstaMarkt offers flexible payment options (cash on delivery, prepay, room service “bill-to-room”, credit card payment, etc.) and the ability to benefit from a centralized loyalty program that can be enable both a venue or individual vendor. Specifically, the verticals targeted are food and beverage vendors, travel and hospitality providers (hotels, pousadas), and retail outlets (shopping malls). InstaMarkt offers vendors a “cost effective” incremental revenue stream”. The primary way we make money is a set commission (different for each vertical) based on the number of orders (or transactions) processed with no monthly fees. Initial focus is on expanding market share, growing customer adoption and rolling out the platform in Brazil and the Philippines.
