Instant Diagnostic Systems (IDS) is a state-licensed, Joint Commission accredited, Medicare-participating provider meeting and/or exceeding all Federal Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) standards. IDS pioneered the homecare-delivered, in-home oximetry testing market and is the largest provider of overnight home pulse oximetry testing in the United States. Based on the success of this program, in 2008 IDS launched a direct-to-patient mail delivery Home Sleep Testing (HST) program for diagnosing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). IDS serves over 150,000 physicians, 3,500 homecare providers and has performed over 2 million home based oximetry and sleep tests
