The Institut de Neurociències de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (INc-UAB) is a research university center, with around 200 members, devoted to the investigation of the central nervous system from a multidisciplinary and translational approach. We explore all levels of biological organization: from molecular interactions to complex systems, using cell cultures, animal models or human beings. The final objective is to find new molecular, cellular, genetic and psychological therapies against nervous system pathologies.
