Institute for Capacity Development (InCAD) is a research, capacity development and management training institute registered in Kenya in 2011. The institute promotes performance by researching and empowering staff through demand driven programs. We offer a wide range of learning solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals, organizations, Counties and Government agencies. InCAD specializes in providing a range of customized corporate training, inhouse seminars, employee development workshops, consulting and research services with the aim of performance and knowledge improvement.
