Modern practice mgmt/business management tools & approaches - business model canvas vs traditional business plan, design thinking process, business model innovation, harnessing a hyper-changing operating environment for competitive advantage and growth. 2. FinTech - working with FinTech accelerators and regional entrepreneurial ecosystems to help promote FinTech companies and innovation 3. Progressive Money Mgrs and tools - active managers redefining alpha generation & risk management, new research tools like altdata and AI-powered price trend analysis & capture , expanded investment strategies & due diligence of ESG and impact investing. 4. New art & science of client/community engagement strategies - working with progressive advisor groups, RIAs, and innovative vendor firms (data, AI, CX) in redefining/expanding the Financial advisor role and experimenting with new client & community engagement strategies
