Our aim is to empower individuals and organizations with standards, knowledge, tools, methods and techniques that describe good practices and globally recognized credentials that certify their project management expertise. We do this using a blended learning approach. We organize face to face training and leverage on technology to offer online simulation tests on our custom-made secure learning platform. Our approach focuses on a Case Study methodology that assists the participant's to connect well with real-world, workplace challenges that required solutions. During the training, the participants get access to practical templates and simulations that assist them to do the assigned group work. These templates also happen to be very practical for customization at the work place. We use power point presentations, relevant video clips, role plays and simulations in addition to the case studies, templates and group discussions. The workshops take place in select hotel with modern facilities to ensure ample space for group works and simulations. Our training is competency based and ensures that we can enable participants discover their weak areas in project management knowledge and help them focus on remedial topics. Participants get to experience our world class blended learning experience through in person classes and the online digital assessment platform which is designed to help the participants gain the required competence. Our facilitators have proven project management work experience and also facilitated Project Management workshops both locally and in the East African Region.
