Through innovative and collaborative initiatives, we foster experimentation and stimulate connections which enhance personal and collective development. We support Education, Culture, Social Innovation and Sports to improve people’s lives and transform the society. Education is a powerful tool for social transformation and impact. With that perspective, NAVE (Advanced Educational Center), a program developed by Oi Futuro in partnership with Rio de Janeiro and Pernambuco State Education Departments, offers professional high school education and prepares students to the creative and digital economies, focusing on the production of games, apps and audiovisual content. In Social Innovation, we connect people to develop creative and inclusive solutions that make social changes. Through social entrepreneurship, we mobilize social businesses and initiatives. Our hub is Labora, a learning and experimental lab to people committed to building prosperous and equal futures. In the Cultural area, Oi Futuro enhances experimentation and connections that boost new ideas in music, visual and performing arts. We promote diversity and are committed to the democratization of culture to everyone in the digital age, stimulating co-creation and facing art as a tool for transforming realities. The Institute also supports social and sports projects that occupy and give a new meaning to public spaces, boosting a healthy and collaborative way of life through skate, surfing, bodyboarding and basketball. Together with Oi’s sports projects, we believe in the synergy between Sports and Social Innovation to create new realities.
