We believe everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and included. We work tirelessly to foster an industry that embraces diversity at every level, advocating for products and services that reflect the community’s needs and setting new standards for equity and inclusion.
Our initiatives include the "Worth the Risk" report and collaborations with ANZIIF on articles like "Greater Expectations: Making Insurance More Inclusive for LGBTQIA+ Customers" and "In Good Form: Making Insurance Paperwork More Inclusive." These resources are reshaping how the industry approaches diversity and equity.
We partner with regulators and advocacy bodies like CALI, ICA, and FSC to ensure inclusion remains a priority in policy-making. Collaboration with over 20 LGBTIQA+ community groups, including The Victorian Pride Lobby and NAPWHA, amplifies our impact and strengthens our advocacy for an inclusive future.
