INTECH PK is the Cracow University of Technology SPV established in 2014. INTECH PK supports the process of technology transfer from university to industry and carries out the commercialization of cutting-edge innovations. The company specializes in IP management; establishing and running start-ups/spin-offs based on intellectual property (including patents, know-how); planning directions of ventures; brokerage in buying and selling patents and technology licensing; preparation of market studies; consulting services; expert consultations and technical advice; training services in the field of design thinking and canvas model generation. INTECH PK collaborates with researchers, entrepreneurs and investors; the company offer is addressed to the creators of innovative technology, companies which base their development on innovations, investors with have the opportunity for market implementation of R&D results and institutions interested in having access to the Cracow University of Technology resources. INTECH PK is the member of South Poland Cleantech Cluster and Klaster LifeScience Krakow.
