Support proceeds at the client’s pace, guided by each individual’s needs and goals. At Integr8 Behaviour Consulting we go beyond a narrow focus on symptoms. We provide a safe space for our clients so they can build skills, make positive change and work towards improving their quality of life. We support the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based positive behaviour support services to participants to improve their quality of life and protect their rights. Services include Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, Plan Implementation, Supervision, and Client Satisfaction Surveys. Integr8 Behaviour Consulting’s owner and Director, Louise has practiced as a Behaviour Practitioner for over 20 years. Louise’s approach focuses on connection and interaction. Louise holds formal qualifications in Education (B.Ed), Post Graduate Diploma (Special Education), Graduate Certificate (Developmental Trauma) and Assessment and Analysis of Severe and Challenging Behaviour from the Institute for Applied Behaviour Analysis, California USA. Louise specialises in trauma informed, evidence-based behaviour assessment, therapeutic plans, support & training for people with complex needs, including: -People with disabilities -People with Autism -Children & youth in out of home care -People with significant trauma histories -People with mental health support needs.
