Company background 1998 – a subsidiary state-owned enterprise Remput was set up by the national railway operator Kazakhstan Temir Zholy according to Resolution No.527 dated July 23, 1998 1999 - Remput Open Joint-Stock Company was founded on July 21, 1999 according to the Government Resolution through demerger of 10 track maintenance trains and a crushed stone plant from the subsidiary state-owned enterprise Remput 2001 - the subsidiary state-owned enterprise Remput was reorganized into Zhol Zhondeushі OJSC 2002 - 100% of Zhol Zhondeushі OJSC government shares were transferred to the authorized capital of National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC 2004 - Zhol Zhondeushі OJSC was demerged from National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and reorganized into a private company 2005 - Zhol Zhondeushі JSC was reorganized into Zhol Zhondeushі Company, Limited Liability Partnership according to the Shareholders’ Resolution of April 14, 2005. The main client of the Company is NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC. Each year, the Company performs about 70% of rehabilitation works on Kazakhstan rail network.
