Integra Wine & Agri has been established in 2021 as an M&A boutique by three partners that combine considerable experience in industry, finance commercial and M&A internationally. We have considerable consumer and industrial markets expertise and have been working in the wine sector in Italy now for more than three years. We have spotted an opportunity and decided to bring together our individual efforts, relationships and activities to proactively invest in the agri-food sector. We appreciate the macro opportunities offered by the segment, we understand the skills necessary to be successful in its development and, importantly, we believe in an integrated and hands on approach. Our aspiration is to be a catalyst for sustainable growth and development in the wine and agri-food industry. This will be achieved, in part, by overcoming some of the structural and specific challenges that have inhibited its optimal development to-date Initial focus for us has been “Italy Wine” as we seek to support the market consolidation and value growth. We are locally present in Milano, London and Paris.
