Formed in 2008, Integraflex is one of the UK’s largest and most successful flexible hose assembly companies. Initially starting off in MIddlebrough and following several years of successful growth, Integraflex is now located in a modern 20,000ft2 unit on Teesside Industrial Estate in Thornaby. Integraflex proudly supports all industry sectors in the Tees Valley and around the British Isles and has unrivalled experience in application engineered solutions for flexible pressure hoses. With well over 100 years of hose & couplings experience in one location, we pride ourselves in responding quickly with a safe, technically sound, cost effective & compliant solution to any hose transfer challenge. Stock is critical and Integraflex probably holds the best & biggest range of industrial hose & couplings in the North of England. Being part of R&G Fluid Power gives us unrivalled access to the biggest stockholding of hose & fittings in the UK and ensures we continue to remain competitive and have consistent quality of products. We have the capability to swage hoses to 12” ( 305mm) bore with both External( crimp) and Internal ( IEX) machines located on site. We design & manufacture a lot of special fittings in-house and have an outstanding track-record in solving historical problems where other companies had tried and failed. Hoses are tested safely in our new high-capacity pressure test cabinet ensuring absolute safety and integrity on every hose supplied, and Integraflex staff We have been at the forefront of Hose identification and asset register management and were the first company in the area to offer Cloud-based, bespoke hose registers for clients and personalised hose identification tagging. This is all underpinned with ISO9001 & 14000 accreditation specifically within the scope of manufacturing & testing of hoses. “If it flows, we have the hose!”
