Following 15 years in the HR profession across multiple industries, we decided to build our own HR consultancy business to change the perception of HR. We want to work with you pro-actively, positively & to help you to grow your business. We're a credible, reputable & personable HR consultancy service, providing strategic & operational HR support for small and medium sized businesses who may not have their own HR team. Our years working in business involved HR generalist & Business Partnering roles across different industries, including technology, financial services, automotive and engineering. We’re CIPD qualified, with further certifications in Mental Health awareness, Neurodiversity awareness, and Organisational Design. Advice is available on all areas of the end to end employee lifecycle. We also have a passion for early careers & helping people to grow to reach their full potential at work.
