I’m a former veterinary surgeon, a digital business owner and a yoga teacher. Like most entrepreneurs, I’m very driven by nature, with a tendency to do everything at 100 miles an hour. This brings material rewards like successful businesses and money in the bank… but doesn’t always result in a healthy mind and body. For many years, studying and teaching yoga has been a key part of my life. Yoga has helped me stay physically fit and mentally resilient through the many business and life challenges I’ve faced and has without a doubt made me more successful, calmer and happier. ACCESSIBLE PATHWAY I founded Integrate Yoga with a vision to give you a simple pathway to the benefits of yoga, which will, in turn, help you become your best self. We do this by teaching safe, healthy and effective yoga practices you can integrate into your life. Permanently. We’ve structured the courses and classes to be as useful as possible for your given situation. Classes for members include yoga for motivation, strength, flexibility, balance, spinal health and relaxation. And if you are looking for a course, check out yoga for complete beginners, yoga for back pain and intermediate yoga courses. We livestream all classes and courses to your phone or laptop. If you miss a class, no problem. Every course is available for you on-demand in the members’ area.
