IBS is a specialist Bulk Materials Handling company. We have extensive experience mixing conveying in all facets of materials handling projects involving Tripper Conveyors, Skyline Stacking Systems, Fixed Slewing Stackers and Long Travelling Rail Mounted Stackers, along with Bucket Elevators, mixers and the like. Our lead design engineers have more than 40 years’ experience in this field and with this material, and we have designed and supplied equipment to Australia’s biggest mining companies. IBS have our own in house software package to design our conveyors, and our designs are fully modelled in 3D.
We perform all design and project management in house, at our offices in Melbourne, Australia, and work with our partner fabrication companies in Australia and Asia to complete the fabrication. We have IBS engineers based with our fabricators to oversee quality control throughout the duration of the fabrication. Our procedures enable IBS to considerably reduce costs whilst not compromising on quality.
Our Quality Management system is based on ISO9001, and we are currently undergoing certification to get this formalised. We have full time staff dedicated to quality and document control with all systems in place to monitor the project through design, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation and commissioning where required.
