Integrated Compliance

Healthcare practices often struggle to maintain a healthcare compliance program. The ability to meet their obligations under HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and other federal and state regulations requires the expertise and skills of an experienced compliance/privacy officer. Most practices do not have such an individual on staff. This is where Integrated Compliance comes in. We provide all of the services of a full-time compliance officer with the flexibility of an on-demand consultant. We are available as needed to provide any and all of the following: staff training in HIPAA, OSHA, Fraud/Waste/Abuse, and Harassment/Sexual Harassment; review and develop Business Associate Agreements; develop written policies and procedures; conduct federally required employee screenings; operate an employee hotline; conduct audits of practice operations, conduct HIPAA breach investigations (including patient notifications and reporting findings to the OCR as required by law); and perform reviews of practice websites.
